Sources share exit stance on Everton ace who is receiving 'Admiring Glances' - report

Jordan Pickford is reportedly “happy on Merseyside” despite rumours linking him with an exit from Everton, according to TEAMtalk.

The online report (25 November) states that the Toffees haven’t received any “concrete approaches” with the club’s pricetag seemingly putting off any potential suitors.

TEAMtalk said Pickford, whose contract at Everton runs until the summer of 2027, is receiving “admiring glances” but no bids have yet been put forward.

While we aren’t even halfway through the season yet, Everton certainly look destined for yet another relegation battle after what has been a dismal start to the Premier League season.

The Toffees have won just twice so far this campaign in 12 games with Sean Dyche’s exit looking almost inevitable as a result.

With that said, Pickford has continued to excel at Goodison Park and his role will be pivotal to them staying in the Premier League.

The 30-year-old has been a mainstay in the side ever since his arrival from Sunderland and had it not been for him, there’s a high chance that the Toffees would have succumbed to relegation by now.

However, they haven’t and Pickford’s elite level of shot-stopping and ability to distribute the ball from the back has played a key part in that and his presence in the team is something that must remain for the foreseeable.
