West Ham fans have threatened a mass protest against the club’s board after tickets for the Premier League clash against Man City went on sale.

A screenshot of the Hammers’ ticket prices went viral on social media which shows the cheapest tickets listed at £55, with no options for kids or concessions prices.

The prices have been labelled a “disgrace” and “embarrassing” as fans from clubs across England have rallied behind the West Ham supporters.

Fans are up in arms about the decision to do away with concession prices especially, in a debate which has been running since the end of last season.

However, with the discussion now reaching wider audiences, some fans have suggested a protest against the board in an attempt to reverse their decision.

Ranging between £55 and £120 for tickets means for a family of four to attend a game, they could be paying as much as £480 – a price which is simply unachievable for most fans.

There have now been suggestions for protests such as a mass walkout from the London Stadium at some stage in the upcoming season.

In other news, a major update has emerged on West Ham’s chase to sign Crysencio Summerville.
