Celtic fans love what former star Sead Haksabanovic has said about Rangers ahead of their Europa League clash against Malmo.
Haksabanovic, 25, will face Rangers in the Europa League when Philippe Clement’s side visit Sweden on 26 September, and is hoping to get off to a perfect start.
Speaking to Football Scotland, the former Hoops man revealed: “Even tomorrow, it’s going to be a special game for me because I played for Celtic and I’m all for Celtic.
“Of course, I want to win tomorrow and it’s also special because I played for Celtic and I want my team to win and start the Europa League in a good way.
“I should have scored in the [2023] League Cup final… it was good that we won!“
The Montenegro international joined Celtic in 2022, making 42 appearances for the club in which he scored five goals and provided four assists before leaving to join Malmo in June.
During his spell in Glasgow, he was able to lift the SPFL title twice, as well as one Scottish Cup and one Scottish League Cup, and still holds fond memories of his spell.
His latest comments concerning the upcoming clash against Rangers have delighted the fans, who would be looking forward to seeing what he can do against their rivals.
However – the winger is set to miss the clash after picking up an injury.

Celtic kickstarted their Champions League campaign with a 5-1 win against Slovan Bratislava, and will be hoping to see one of their former players kick his campaign off in a similar fashion.
Now, Celtic fans have taken to social media to express their support for Malmo and Haksabanovic in the upcoming clash after his recent interview.
Others, meanwhile, used the excuse to send new digs at Rangers on social media.
