Dejan Kulusevski transfer update at Tottenham as AC Milan ‘Obsession’ emerges

Zlatan Ibrahimovic has an “obsession” with Dejan Kulusevski and wants to bring the Tottenham star back to Italy with AC Milan, according to JuveLive.

The online outlet reported [27 October] that the senior advisor for Milan was fond of his compatriot and wants the former Juventus star at the Rossoneri, with a potential move in the next summer transfer window in view.

Spurs are said to value the 24-year-old at around £40million, which the Serie A giants could afford if Rafael Leao were to leave in the coming months.

Tottenham can’t let Dejan Kulusevski go to AC Milan

Kulusevski has been one of the best players at the club since initially coming on loan from Juventus in January 2022.

While the Sweden international’s numbers at Tottenham haven’t been the best, his overall impact on the pitch is evident for everyone to see.

Ange Postecoglou is having a tough time in his second season in charge of the team, with the Lilywhites losing four games in the Premier League after the 1-0 defeat against Crystal Palace on 27 October.

Spurs have been inconsistent in the current campaign, but the 24-year-old has managed to put in decent displays despite playing in a previously unfamiliar role in the middle of the park.

The Swede was mesmerising in the 4-1 rout of West Ham; unfortunately, he couldn’t repeat the exploits when they came up against Oliver Glasner’s team.

With such displays, Kulusevski is bound to pop up on the radar of top teams and the club’s interest in Jamie Gittens, as reported by BILD [21 October], could indicate that the North Londoners are keeping their options open.
