Arsenal got themselves a big win at Tottenham this weekend and Martin Keown has admitted one Gunners star is really shutting him up.
Keown watched on as Arsenal produced a performance that Keown and his fellow past Arsenal defenders would have been proud of.
Mikel Arteta’s side were resolute and led by the brilliant William Saliba and Gabriel, snatched the win thanks to yet another set-piece goal.

With injuries to Martin Odegaard and Mikel Merino and Declan Rice suspended, Arsenal needed key men to step up.
And one of those to really put the work in to help stop Tottenham being in the game was German star, Kai Havertz.
Kai Havertz proving Martin Keown wrong with Arsenal performances
Speaking on TalkSPORT about the performance at Tottenham this weekend, Keown got onto the subject of Havertz and his own efforts.
And according to Keown, Havertz has basically proven him wrong since first signing.
“He is giving his personality to the team, isn’t he?
“In the beginning, I wasn’t sure, but now you see all of him on the pitch. He is out there giving everything, isn’t he? He is very good in the air.
“He is a massive handful. He is intelligent with his movement and he will get back as well,” Keown said.
Havertz is Arsenal’s main man now
After the initial confusion among some at Arsenal as to why they signed Kai Havertz, he is now proving just why he’s so good in this Arsenal side.
Havertz has won praise already off Chris Sutton for his intelligence in attack and the words here from Keown are of little surprise.

As the season continues on, there is a big chance Havertz becomes the key man for Arsenal in terms of winning the league or not.
If he fires, and Arsenal maintain their brilliance in defence, then the Gunners might just pinch it.
