Report: Chelsea send scout to watch French midfielder who models his game on N'Golo Kante
????
Chelsea are already identifying future transfer targets.
The West Londoners have placed great emphasis on recruiting young talent since Todd Boehly’s takeover in 2022.
Cole Palmer is the shining example of that recruitment strategy as he’s established himself as one of the best players in the Premier League.
With that said, Chelsea are now scouting another exciting talent ahead of the January transfer window.

Chelsea send scout to watch Reda Belahyane
According to Tuttomercatoweb, Chelsea sent a scout to watch Hellas Verona midfielder Reda Belahyane this week.
Ligue 1 outfit Marseille were also in attendance watching the 20-year-old midfielder, who has impressed clubs around the continent since his switch from Nice in January.
That’s put Chelsea on red alert and they will continue to keep an eye on his development in Italy ahead of the winter transfer window.
Reda Belahyane models his game on N’Golo Kante
Belahyane is a deep-lying midfielder and by his own admission, he models his game on Chelsea legend N’Golo Kante.
“The number 6 is that of a midfielder, in my opinion it represents solid players who scratch the ball away from their opponents, but also know how to keep it,” he said.
“For me it represents my style of play. My role model, who sets an example, is outside that on the pitch, he is N’Golo Kanté. I really like his team spirit. Even off the pitch he is always calm. But when he goes on the pitch, he has been my example since I was a child.”
Indeed, Chelsea fans would love a Kante mark two at the club, so it’ll be interesting to see how this one unfolds.
