Chelsea are on the brink of doing something very special this season.
Indeed, the Blues are second in the Premier League, and, in the eyes of some, Chelsea are seen as genuine title contenders at this point.

However, Chelsea do still have some problems in their squad.
Robert Sanchez is a problem player at Stamford Bridge right now, and it’s been claimed that Chelsea will never win the league with Sanchez in goal.
Ian Wright says that Chelsea should’ve signed Aaron Ramsdale in the summer, while Caoimhin Kelleher would be a logical signing for Chelsea given the fact Kelleher is unhappy with his situation at Liverpool.
Speaking to The Mirror, John Cross has been discussing Chelsea’s goalkeeper situation, and he says that any links to Kelleher have been shot down by Chelsea, noting that the Blues still have a lot of faith in Robert Sanchez.
Chelsea play down links to Caoimhin Kelleher
Cross shared what Chelsea have told him about the idea of signing Kelleher.
Kelleher is valued at £30m reportedly, but the Blues supposedly aren’t keen on the Irishman.
“They really believe in the goalkeeper. They really do. You know, even to the point that when names crop up they’re quick to say no that’s not right. They quickly dismiss any notion that they might move for Kelleher for example, because they believe in Sanchez,” Cross said.
Who could Caoimhin Kelleher sign for?
A move to Chelsea isn’t on the cards for Kelleher anytime soon, but the goalkeeper does need a move.
Kelleher is unhappy at Liverpool due to the fact he’s the club’s number two, and the fact that Alisson Becker came straight back into the side against Girona on Tuesday certainly won’t have made Kelleher feel any better.
Giorgi Mamardashvili is arriving in the summer, so Kelleher is set to fall even further down the pecking order at Anfield.
So, where could the goalkeeper go?
Kelleher has been tipped with a move to Bayern Munich recently, and that is a deal that would make a lot of sense as Manuel Neuer continues to age.
Meanwhile, Nottingham Forest tried to sign Kelleher in the summer, and if the Reds qualify for Europe this season, that could be another logical move.
Chris Sutton believes Kelleher should sign for Celtic, but after an incredible spell at Liverpool as of late, the Irishman may well be aiming higher than that.
