Arsenal fans have been left concerned about Bukayo Saka’s fitness after it was confirmed that he has left England’s training camp.

The 23-year-old picked up an injury during England’s recent 2-1 loss against Greece, which resulted in him limping off the pitch in the 51st minute.

The Arsenal winger will not feature in Sunday’s Nations League match against Finland, as he has returned to his club for further assessment on his hamstring issue.

The Gunners are back in action on 19 October against Bournemouth and Saka’s potential involvement remains uncertain.

The right winger has been an influential member of Mikel Arteta’s squad so far this season, scoring three goals and providing seven assists.

Arsenal are already without club captain Martin Odegaard who is on the sidelines with an ankle injury he suffered during the previous international break, although the club recently shared his positive training progress.
