Rangers fans have hit out at Todd Cantwell after the midfielder once again caused a stir with his latest social media antics.
The midfielder took to Instagram where he shared a short video comparing “the support” to “the congratulations” in what appears to be a dig at the fans at Ibrox.
During his spell in Glasgow, Cantwell has earned a reputation for his social media behaviour, often expressing his emotions via cryptic posts.
This has earned him heavy criticism from both fans and pundits throughout his time at Ibrox.
He looks certain to leave the club before 31 August after Philippe Clement revealed he had handed in a formal transfer request, but no progress has been made towards an exit.
Now, the fans are calling for him to leave as soon as possible after his latest social media post as bridges begin to be burned between the supporters and the player.

Since joining Rangers in January 2023, Cantwell has made 64 appearances, scored 14 goals, provided 12 assists and lifted the Scottish League Cup.
However, after Clement revealed that the midfielder had asked to leave, fans were critical of his time at the club, labelling him a “loser” as they hit out at his decision.
Now, fans have reacted similarly to his social media antics as they wait for movement on his imminent departure, calling him “embarrassing” and “petulant”.
