Report: There’s a good chance £60m Tottenham player leaves the club at the end of this season

Richarlison hasn’t had the easiest of starts for Tottenham this season.

The Brazilian striker has spent most of this campaign sidelined with injury, and when he has played, he’s failed to score.

The striker has been at Tottenham for more than two years now, and in that time, he’s been fairly inconsistent.

Richarlison has been criticised for not being good enough for Tottenham recently, and his future has been called into question.

Indeed, there were reports in the summer that Richarlison could leave the club, and as we head into 2025, the attacker’s role at Spurs is, once again, being called into question.

According to GiveMeSport, Richarlison could leave Tottenham next summer as a decision is going to be made at the end of the season on the striker’s future.

Richarlison could leave Tottenham in 2025

According to this report, there’s a good chance the £60m player leaves Tottenham next summer.

The striker returned to the Spurs matchday squad against Bournemouth on Saturday, coming off the bench for the last 10 minutes, but he isn’t going to be rushed back into first-team action as Spurs want to make sure he’s fit for the remainder of the season.

Intriguingly, one of Spurs’ main reasons for wanting to keep Richarlison fit is to ensure that he is a saleable asset come the end of the season.

As the old saying goes, the best ability in football is availability, and if Richarlison can’t stay fit, he won’t have many suitors come the end of the season.

Where could Richarlison go?

Richarlison could be on the move next summer, and the big question is, where could the striker end up?

Richarlison has long been a target for Saudi Arabian clubs, while there’s also a chance of some Premier League interest.

There have been no concrete links, but a move to Fulham could make sense for Richarlison. After all, Marco Silva signed the striker for both Watford and Everton.

Of course, we’re a long way away from next summer and no final decision has been made on Richarlison’s future just yet, but come the new year, the striker’s agent may be fielding a few calls to find his client a new club.

Richarlison’s first priority needs to get back fit, and upon his return, he needs to rediscover his best form as he may be playing for his Spurs future.
